The order can be returned or exchanged with a new one within the same time of delivery and ONLY if it is damaged or not as described. Therefore we encourage our customers carefully inspect the item upon delivery before handling the payment to the courier. After handling the payment to the courier, no returns/exchanges are possible.
You can exchange your item within the same day of delivery by contacting us via phone +971 52 559 70 76 or email email@example.com. If the reason of exchange is damaged or not as described item, we will initiate new delivery of the same item and delivery charged will be paid by Mashoonya. If the reason of exchange is different and you want just to replace with another model of grass head or bouquet, we will initiate a new delivery however customer must pay the difference in price in case new model is more expensive and delivery charge.
If you opted for cash on delivery payment, we don't offer refund after customer received, inspected the order and paid for it to the courier.
If you opted for online payment, the item price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back in unused condition, wrapped and with the company tag. To initiate the refund, please contact us within 3 calendar days after you received the order.
