Delivery

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We offer delivery across the major metropolitan areas of United Arab Emirates, however there are a number of locations where we are currently not able to service. These locations are listed on Wing Courier Website under section "Rates and Areas We Service".

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We also deliver to Bahrain, Egypt, India, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHARGES FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery charge in United Arab Emirates is AED 17 per order. If you selected Cash On Delivery payment, delivery charge is to be paid upon receiving your order. If you selected Credit/Debit Card payment, delivery charge would be included in the payment so no need to pay anything upon receiving your order.

International delivery charge is subject to destination. It will be calculated automatically on a checkout page.

DO YOU DO SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we can schedule same day delivery within Dubai and Sharjah emirates if order is placed before 12:00 noon. Same day delivery charge will be AED 29. Should you wish to schedule same day delivery, please contact us via phone +971 52 559 70 76 or a Chat Form in the right left corner of the website.

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHAT NEXT?

Once Wing, our courier partner, collects your order, we will send you an email with a tracking code which you can apply on Wing Tracking System to follow your order delivery status.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

UAE customers can expect their delivery within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. International customers can expect their delivery within 5-7 business days.

I’VE BEEN WAITING LONGER THAN YOUR DELIVERY PROMISED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped. To arrange a cancellation, you can call us on +971 52 559 70 76 or send an email to 24x7@mashoonya.com. Once you have received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY?

At Mashoonya we always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via email 24x7@mashoonya.com or call us on +971 52 559 70 76.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ON THE SAME ACCOUNT?
